These spacers set the alignment of the higher wheel to the decrease wheel. Grease the upper bearings with a lowtemp lithium grease (lubriplate is what we have now). The guide again bearings we change on a regular basis., normally not the reason for thrown blades. When you change to the urethane tires you'll alleviate the iceing downside, snow and ice just does not appear to persist with the tires prefer it does to the rubber tires.
