What you published made a lot of sense. But, what about this? what if you composed a catchier post title? I am not suggesting your content isn't solid., however what if you added a title that grabbed folk's attention? I mean Academic Qualification For Business Success is kinda boring. You could look at Yahoo's front page and see how they create news titles to get viewers to click. You might try adding a video or a related pic or two to get people excited about what you've got to say. Just my opinion, it might make your posts a little bit more interesting.
