Iraq requires export/transport paperwork to be legalized. The minimal necessities for any shipments to Iraq are that a Certificate of Origin and a Industrial Bill have to be legalized on the Consular Part of the Embassy here in Washington D.C. If legalizing solely the Certificate of Origin, a duplicate of the CI will probably be wanted for reference.
